September 2024 Bullet Journal Setup | Golden Light & Timely Resets
September might scream pumpkins for most people—but in my journal, it’s still a little summer, a little fall. This month’s theme is inspired by soft golden light, muted pinks, and the slow seasonal shift. Ready to see how it came together?
Watch the video:
In this full walkthrough, I flip through every page of my September setup—from the soft-toned cover to the final habit tracker—sharing why I built each spread and how I’m using it this month.
What’s Inside the Page Reveal Video:
September Cover Page:
A muted palette of gold and pink captures that late-summer, early-fall transition. No pumpkins here—just light, warmth, and gentle shift energy.

TOC Spread:
I always open with what I call my “Table of Contents” spread. This includes a September bucket list, a place for a personal photo, and space for a monthly quote that sets the tone.
Monthly Calendar:
Simple and functional for appointments and reminders. This year’s calendar also features a hand-drawn feather motif that shows up throughout the month.

Weekly Spreads (x4):
Each weekly layout carries the same color palette and collage elements, including photo placeholders and peek-a-boo windows to show off creative details without sacrificing writing space.

Feature Spreads:
This month includes two standout layouts dedicated to a personal reset:
- Nourish Page – Focused on physical well-being, with goals for nutrition and daily movement
- Spiritual Reset Page – Created to support daily prayer and meditation
Both include habit trackers—one for spiritual practices, one for a 30 Workouts in 30 Days challenge.

Final Flip-Through:
I close out the video with a full look at each page and invite you to share your own September journaling themes or ideas in the comments.
Whether you’re brand new to bullet journaling or just looking for a fresh monthly layout, I hope this September setup offers inspiration to help you reset, reflect, and transition into fall with intention.
